Our Big Gum Tree

People have known Ohakune for the Big Carrot, but have you seen our huge Gum Tree that is lit up at night time? It is about 150+years old and 4 storey tall blue gum tree situated right here in the premises of The Hobbit™ Motorlodge. It has seen many seasons pass by and still standing tall and high. It is a statement piece in itself.
